Return Policy

We want you to love your drip. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

 

📦 Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags are still attached
  • It’s not a final sale or hygiene-sensitive item (e.g. shapewear, underwear)

 

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.

 

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll get a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.

 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or damaged items
  • Final sale items
  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g. shapewear, panties, accessories worn close to skin)

 

📬 How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return
  • Reason for return

We’ll reply within 24 hours with next steps.

 

🛡 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out — fast.
